Therapie & Coaching

Behavioral therapy is one of the most effective approaches in psychotherapy—especially for anxiety disorders, panic attacks, and burnout. It assumes that many of our current difficulties stem from learned thought and behavior patterns.

In therapy, you will learn to recognize and understand these patterns and change them step by step. This means:

You will discover how thoughts increase anxiety or stress – and how you can consciously interrupt them.

They develop new strategies to deal with fear differently.

You practice having trusting experiences that gradually overwrite old patterns.

For me, however, behavioral therapy means more than just technique: It is a process of understanding, experimentation, acceptance, and change. Through the understanding gained, new paths can be discovered, and new steps become possible that previously seemed unimaginable.

Costs & Billing

* Therapy sessions can be billed to private health insurance companies (according to the GOP, fee schedule for licensed psychotherapists).

Coaching is a self-pay service, but can be deducted from taxes.

The first session will be billed as a probationary session, according to GOP 870PS.

An appointment must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise a cancellation fee will be charged.
