What does “get out of fear” mean?
Inspired by my experience in the TV format “Raus aus der Angst” (ARD Mediathek), in which I only had a short time frame, but we worked intensively and continuously on the fears of the clients, I brought this format into my practice.
“Get out of fear” is an intensive therapy format that I have specifically developed.
It is aimed at people who no longer want to be limited by fear, panic attacks or inner insecurity – and are ready to take a deep step towards freedom.
